worth mentioning is the indication contained in the article below.Is the class rooms were closed by the local departments of education and then the Governor was notified of the closure.In the past only the governor was authorized to close schools and or class rooms due to H1N1 infections.it looks like they have began to implement the new process for school and class room closure.
