تنظر محكمة القضاء الإدارى، برئاسة المستشار عادل فرغلى، غداً، الثلاثاء، الدعوى القضائية المقامة من إحدى أولياء الأمور ضد رئيس الوزراء ووزير التربية والتعليم للمطالبة بتأجيل العام الدراسى الحالى، وذلك خوفاً من أنفلونزا الخنازير على الطلبة.

ذكرت رضا بركاوى ربة منزلة فى دعواها، أنها طالبت بتأجيل الدراسة هذا العام، خوفاً على أبنائها، مشيرة إلى أن كثافة الفصول بالمدارس تصل إلى 90 طالباً بكل فصل، مما سيؤدى إلى حدوث كارثة بلا محالة وتعريض الطلبة للإصابة بالفيروس، لعدم وجود إجراءات وقائية، خاصة أن إصابة طالب تعنى إصابة الباقى، وطالبت بالتأجيل لعدة أسابيع، لزيادة الإجراءات الوقائية التى ستتخذها وزرتا الصحة والتربية والتعليم على المدارس للحفاظ على حياة الطلبة.

تصدر محكمة القضاء الإدارى الحكم فى دعوى إلغاء التطعيم الإجبارى للحجاج، والمقامة ضد كل من رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ووزراء الصحة والداخلية والسياحة بصفتهم، لمطالبتهم بوقف تنفيذ قرارى وزير الصحة الخاص بتنظيم تداول شهادات اللياقة الطبية للراغبين فى السفر لأداء الحج والعمرة، والتطعيم بمصل أنفلونزا الخنازير لهم إجباريا بداية من شهر نوفمبر الحالى..

يذكر أن مواطنين قد أقاما الدعوى، وذكرا فيها أن استخراج شهادات اللياقة الطبية التى سيتم تحصيلها ستكون برسوم باهظة تصل إلى 300 جنيه المستشفيات التابعة لوزارة الصحة، و400 جنيه فى المستشفيات الخاصة، وهو مما يمثل عبئ على المواطن، نظرًا لإنفاقه مصاريف طائلة لأدائه فريضة الحج، كما أنه يُعد استغلالاً صريحًا من قِبل وزارة الصحة للمواطن.
