الدفعة الأولى من المصل المضاد لأنفلونزا الخنازير تصل إلى القاهرة

وصلت القاهرة فى ساعة مبكرة من صباح اليوم الأحد، الدفعة الأولى من المصل المضاد للفيروس المسبب لمرض (إتش1 إن1) المعروف بأنفلونزا الخنازير، وقوامها 80 ألف جرعة قادمة من المملكة المتحدة عبر العاصمة الهولندية أمستردام.

وقال رئيس مجلس إدارة الشركة المستوردة للمصل لدى وصول الدفعة الأولى لمطار القاهرة، إن الشركة ستقوم بتسليم وزارة الصحة 5 ملايين جرعة من المصل تصل تباعًا حتى شهر مارس من العام القادم.

وأضاف بأن الدفعة الثانية وقوامها 70 ألف جرعة من المصل ستصل فى ساعة مبكرة من صباح غد الاثنين.

تطعيم الحجاج بمصل الأنفلونزا بـ185 مكتبا بالمحافظات

بدأت اليوم وزارة الصحة تطعيم 70 ألف حاج مصرى قبل توجههم إلى المملكة العربية السعودية لأداء فريضة الحج، وهم الدفعة الأولى التى حصلت الوزارة لهم على المصل المضاد لأنفلونزا الخنازير.

وأكد الدكتور حاتم الجبلى وزير الصحة أن هذا المصل سيتم إعطاؤه لجميع الحجاج بالمجان فى المكاتب الصحية، التى سبق وأن قامت بتطعيم الحجاج ضد الأنفلونزا الموسمية والالتهاب السحائى وبعد تطعيمهم بالمصل المضاد لأنفلونزا الخنازير، سيتم منحهم شهادة طبية تفيد حصولهم على جميع التطعيمات لاستكمال إجراءات السفر.

وشدد الجبلى على درجة أمان المصل، نافيا أى خوف من آثاره الجانبية، مؤكدا أنها لا تتعدى آثار مصل الأنفلونزا الموسمية.

وأوضح أن هناك فئات سيتم تطعيمها فى المرحلة الأولى بعد الحجاج، وهم أعضاء الفريق الصحى ثم الفئات المسئولة عن الحياة اليومية كرجال الشرطة والمرور والمرافق، كالعاملين فى وسائل النقل المختلفة، والتليفونات، والبريد وغيرها.

وأضاف الجبلى أن الدفعة الأولى من المصل تبلغ نحو 150 ألف جرعة، مشيرا إلى أنه سيصل حتى يناير القادم مليون و200 ألف جرعة من إجمالى 5 ملايين جرعة تم التعاقد عليها مع شركة جلاكسو الإنجليزية إحدى الشركات العالمية المنتجة للأمصال.

وأشار الجبلى إلى أنه سيتم التعاقد على 5 ملايين جرعة أخرى خلال الأيام القادمة، مضيفا أن الدول الغنية حصلت على نحو 850 مليون جرعة من إجمالى إنتاج الشركات العالمية المنتج للمصل والبالغ نحو مليار جرعة، ولم يتبق للدول النامية والفقيرة سوى 150 مليون جرعة غير كافية.

وقد بدأت مديرية الصحة بالغربية صباح اليوم حملة التطعيم ضد فيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير لحجاج القرعة البالغ عددهم 2500 حاج و1500 من الجمعيات الأهلية بمحافظة الغربية، وأكد الدكتور شريف حمودة وكيل وزارة الصحة بالغربية، أن مصل التطعيم يقدم للحجاج بواقع نصف سم تحقن بالعضل.

ومن ناحية أخرى قال مصدر مسئول إن المصل الجديد لا يحتوى على أى بيانات تشير للدولة المصنع بها، خاصة أنه تم إزالة جميع البيانات من على زجاجات الأمصال التى تم إرسالها لمكاتب الصحة بالغربية.
