حذر خبراء منظمة الاغذية والزراعة "الفاو" من خطورة عدم تطبيق قواعد الأمان الحيوي في مزارع الدواجن والتربية المنزلية مؤكدين أن التراخي في تطبيق هذه الاجراءات سوف يؤثر سلبيا على عملية السيطرة على إنفلونزا الطيور. Experts warned the Food and Agriculture Organization "FAO" the seriousness of the non-application of safety rules is vital in poultry farms and domestic education, stressing that lapses in the application of these procedures would adversely affect the process of controlling avian influenza.
واشار الخبراء خلال مؤتمر الامان الحيوي والتأمين لصناعة الدواجن الذي نظمه المكتب الاقليمي لمنظمة الاغذية والزراعة "الفاو" امس بالتعاون مع وزارة الزراعة المصرية ممثلة في الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية إلى أن تشديد اجراءات الرقابة وتطبيق قواعد الامان الحيوي ضرورة قصوى لاحتواء المرض، مؤكدين أن هذه الاجراءات تساهم في حماية قطاع الانتاج الداجني والنهوض بصناعة الدواجن. The experts noted during the vital safety and insurance for the poultry industry, organized by the Regional Bureau for Food and Agriculture Organization "FAO" yesterday in collaboration with the Egyptian Ministry of Agriculture represented in the General Authority for Veterinary Services to tighten control procedures and application of the vital need for the utmost safety to contain the disease, adding that such actions contribute To protect the poultry production sector and the advancement of the poultry industry.
وقال الدكتور حامد سماحة رئيس الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية: إن الأمان الحيوي عامل مهم وأساسي للتحكم والسيطرة على مرض إنفلونزا الطيور، مشيرا إلى أنه تم اصدار قرار بداية العام الحالي بشأن تطبيق اشتراطات خاصة بهذا النظام تتضمن العديد من الاجراءات اللازمة للامان الحيوي مثل اغلاق المزارع القريبة من الكتلة السكنية أو تغيير نشاطها وأنه يتم حاليا اغلاق اي مزرعة يثبت انها لاتلتزم بتطبيق قواعد الامان الحيوي. ولفت سماحة إلى أن المرض يشهد حاليا انحسارا واضحا حيث لم تظهر منذ 3 شهور اي حالات اصابة باستثناء بؤرة واحدة في الاقصر وتمت السيطرة عليها وكانت في التربية المنزلية. While Dr Fattouh Darwish head of the Central Department of Preventive Medicine in the General Authority for Veterinary Services that are currently studying the establishment of a compensation fund for bird flu budget of up to 450 million pounds contributed by the Ministry of Agriculture estimated 50 million pounds, while the rest is a contribution from the General Federation and the private sector.
واضاف أنه تم وضع قواعد صارمة للتعويض لحماية قطاع الدواجن منها أن يحصل اصحاب المزارع الذين يقومون بالابلاغ عن ظهور اصابة بالمرض في مزارعهم على تعويض 85% من تكلفة الدواجن التي يتم اعدامها بمعرفة الاجهزة البيطرية لاحتواء الاصابة، بينما يحصل مربو الدواجن في التربية الريفية على 95% من قيمة ما يتم اعدامه من طيور مصابة بالمرض. He called on participants to the conference to amend the current farm bill until it is not to criminalize the application of the rules of safety in the vital farm or rural education to contain bird flu and control.
