القاهرة - أصدر الرئيس حسنى مبارك قرارا جمهوريا بتعديل التعريفة الجمركية تضمن اعفاء عدد من المنتجات من كافة الرسوم الجمركية وهى منتجات الالبان والزبد والارز والزيوت والبان الاطفال ومواد التغذية الخاصة بمرضى الاورام وفشل الجهاز الهضمى والكلوى والكبد وكذلك الاسمنت المكتل غير المطحون المسمى "كلنكر" والاسمنت الابيض والحديد ومنتجاته.​
