بوادر أزمة جديدة بين الكنيسة المصرية والمجلس الأعلى للآثار، بعد إيقاف بناء للخدمات بالمنطقة الأثرية. وعلم اليوم السابع أن الأنبا سيلوانس النائب البابوى لكنائس مصر القديمة والمنيل، تقدم بدعوى قضائية بالقضاء الإدارى ضد كل من الدكتور زاهى حواس بصفته الأمين العام للمجلس الأعلى للآثار، ومدير عام منطقة آثار مصر القديمة، مطالبا فى دعواه بتنفيذ القرار الجمهورى الصادر ببناء مبنى خدمات على هذه الأرض باسم كنيسة أبو سرجة.

وأشار الأنبا سيلوانس فى دعواه، أن القرار الصادر بوقف العمل فى هذا المبنى جاء على أساس أن الكنيسة والأرض المحيطة بها تعتبر من الآثار، وأن البناء عليها يعد تعدياً على أرض أثرية، وطالب بإلغاء القرار الصادر بإيقاف العمل ببناء مبنى الخدمات الملحق بكنيسة "أبو سرجة" الأثرية بمصر القديمة.

جاءت هذه الدعوى القضائية بعد رفض وزير المجلس الأعلى حل المشكلة، مما أدى لنشوب أزمة بين الآثار والكنيسة.

وصف د. محمود عبد المقصود، الأمين العام لنقابة الصيادلة، عدم استيراد مصر لدفعة جديدة لعقار "التامفلو"، رغم الانتهاء من برنامج إعداد التطعيم لأنفلونزا الخنازير بـ"الشطارة"، مؤكدا أن العقار لا يقدم أى إفادة ولا يسهم فى علاج الفيروس، وأن مصر لديها ما يكفى من التامفلو".

وأضاف عبد المقصود أن ما يطلق عليه فيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير، هو عبارة عن "عفريت" تم تصديره للترويج للمنتج الجديد لشركة "روش"، لتكون الشركة الوحيدة التى تنتج العقار والمستفيدة الوحيدة، مضيفا أن الكمامات هى "كلام فارغ".

على الجانب الآخر، وزعت على الصيدليات ملصقات تضم إرشادات عامة للمواطنين لمنع انتقال العدوى وكيفية الوقاية السليمة، وأهمية الحفاظ على النظافة الشخصية

كشفت مصادر مطلعة داخل وزارة الصحة، أنها لم تشتر حتى الآن الكمية الإضافية التى قررتها من التاميفلو من الشركة السويسرية "روش"، مما يفتح الباب أمام العديد من التساؤلات، هل هناك موانع مالية أم تجارية؟ أم أن الوزارة قررت أن تشترى الدواء المعالج للأنفلونزا المتحورة من شركة أخرى؟ علامات استفهام يجيب عنها التقرير التالى.

الدكتور حاتم الجبلى وزير الصحة، أكد مضاعفة كمية العقار المعالج للأنفلونزا المتحورة بنوعيها الطيور والخنازير "التاميفلو"، ليصل بذلك المخزون الاستراتيجى من العقار 5 ملايين جرعة، لافتا إلى أن تكلفة الجرعات الجديدة، والتى يصل إلى 2,5 مليون جرعة مدرجة فى ميزانية اللجنة القومية لمواجهة الأنفلونزا، والتابعة لمجلس الوزراء خلال الفترة القادمة.

وأشار إلى أنه لا توجد أى مشاكل قانونية أو مالية تواجه وزارة الصحة فى استيراد عقار التاميفلو، والذى سيتم استيراده من شركة "روش" السويسرية للأدوية، كما توصى منظمة الصحة العالمية مصر.

وتتوقع مصادر داخل الصحة أن يصل سعر التكلفة لهذه الشحنة إلى 700 مليون مصرى، حيث إن سعر العبوه الواحدة من العقار يصل إلى 350 جنيها طبقا للسعر الذى تحصل به الوزارة على العقار من الشركة السويسرية روش، والتى تتعامل معها مصر للحصول على الدواء حتى الآن. وكانت منظمة الصحة العالمية أعلنت فى وقت سابق أن لديها مخزونا استراتيجيا يقدر بمليون جرعة، مخصص لتزويد الدول التى تحتاج أليها فى أوقات الطوارئ.

من جانبها، قامت وزارة الصحة بشن حملة تفتيشية على العديد من الصيدليات بهدف التأكد من خلوها من عقار التاميفلو، وذلك بعد أن حذرت الوزارة من تداول العقار بالصيدليات.

من جانبه، قال الدكتور كمال صبرة مساعد وزير الصحة لشئون الصيدلة، إن الوزارة مستمرة فى التفتيش على الصيدليات للتأكد من مدى التزامها بالتحذير من تداول العقار إلا فى المستشفيات الحكومية، لافتاً إلى أنه تم تكليف لجنة تضم أربعة مفتشين من الإدارة المركزية للقيام بحملة أخرى على الصيدليات.

يأتى هذا بعد تحذير وزارة الصحة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية من تداول العقار بالأسواق أو تناوله بشكل وقائى، مما يؤدى إلى عدم فعالية الدواء فى حالة المرض المؤكد بأنفلونزا الخنازير، كما أكد الدكتور جان جبور ممثل منظمة الصحة العالمية، لافتاً إلى أن المصل المضاد من المرض لم يتم إنتاجه حتى الآن، مشيراً إلى أن المنظمة ستضمن توزيعه بشكل عادل على الدول جميعا، كما أنها ستحدد نسبة للدول النامية بأسعار خاصة تكفلها المنظمة.
