اعتصام مفتوح لـ450 عاملا بمستشفى الأحرار بالزقازيق

هل يتدخل وزير الصحة لحل مشكلة عمال مستشفى الزقازيق؟ كتب مصطفى النجار


بدأ 450 عاملا وموظفا وممرضة بمستشفى الأحرار بمدينة الزقازيق فى محافظة الشرقية، اعتصاماً مفتوحاً داخل مقر المستشفى احتجاجاً على عدم تجديد عقودهم المؤقتة التى تجدد سنوياً بشكل منتظم.

طالب المعتصمون منذ الثامنة والنصف من صباح اليوم الثلاثاء، بضرورة توضيح أمانة المراكز الطبية المتخصصة موقفهم من التعاقد الذى يجدد فى 15 يونيو، بعد أن فوجئوا برفض مديرية الصحة إعطاء مندوب المستشفى العقود الجديدة ليوقعها العاملون بمختلف وظائفهم داخل مستشفى الأحرار.

ورجح العاملون السبب فى تأخر العقود التصديق على مشروع قرار لتحويل المستشفى من تكاملى لمستشفى عام، إلا أنهم أكدوا عدم تصديق الرئيس حسنى مبارك حتى الآن على هذا المشروع، وطالبوه بالتدخل لحل أزمتهم.

وحدثت اشتباكات بين قوات الأمن التى حصل منها المعتصمون على موافقة بتنظيم الاعتصام، إلا أن الاشتباكات لم تدم كثيراً.

وتساءل العاملون الذين يعملون فى التمريض والأمن والمحاسبة، فى حال الموافقة على توقيعهم عقود عملهم، هل ستكون مع أمانة المراكز الطبية المتخصصة أم مع مديرية الصحة بالزقازيق أم مع وزارة الصحة؟، وأضاف المعتصمون عن شكل العقود، وهل هى تعاقد يجدد سنوياً أم تعيين دائم والذى تم إلغائه من قبل؟.

وقال العمال إنهم سيضربون نهائياً عن العمل بعد أن وقعوا فى كشوف الحضور صباحاً، إلا فى التعامل مع الحالات الطارئة حتى لا تؤدى مطالبهم المشروعة لتضرر أحد.

حالة من الاستياء والغضب والخوف تسود العاملين بمستشفى الأمراض المتوطنة بمحافظة المنيا، بعدما أثير عن إغلاق القسم الداخلى لمستشفيات الأمراض المتوطنة على مستوى الجمهورية. وأعلن العاملون عن قلقهم الشديد لما سيحدث لهم بعد هذا الإغلاق، وتساءلوا هل يريد وزير الصحة تحويل المستشفيات المتوطنة لمستشفيات 5 نجوم، أم يريد تحويلها إلى مخازن وأماكن لتراكم القمامة، بحجة أنه لا توجد فى مصر أمراض متوطنة؟

وقال العاملون إن المستشفى ضمن 7 مستشفيات على مستوى الجمهورية، يريد وزير الصحة إغلاقها وإلحاق العاملين بها، والذين يتعدون فى المستشفى الواحد 50 شخصا، ما بين طبيب إدارى وفنى بأحد المستشفيات التابعة لوزارة الصحة. كما ذكروا أن المستشفى تخدم القطاع الفقير فى المجتمع، حيث إن المترددين على العيادات الخارجية يوميا لتلقى العلاج ما بين 150 إلى 200 مريض، لتلقى العلاج الخاص بالكبد والجهاز الهضمى والطفيليات التى تصيب المواطنين، وأكد المواطنون على ضرورة إعادة النظر فى الاستغناء عن هذه المستشفيات، والتفكير بصورة جدية فى تطويرها واستحداث أنظمة جديدة بداخلها

أطباء الحجر الصحى بالمطار يهددون بالامتناع عن العمل

الجبلى لم يف بوعده للمنتدبين بالحجر الصحى كتبت إحسان السيد


هدد عدد من الأطباء والممرضين المنتدبين من وزارة الصحة لإدارة الحجر الصحى بمطار القاهرة الدولى بالامتناع عن العمل وتقديم خطاب إعفاء من انتدابهم للعمل بإدارة الحجر بعد مخالفة الدكتور حاتم الجبلى وزير الصحة وعوده بصرف رواتبهم بزيادة قدرها 300% عن أساسى المرتب مقابل عملهم خلال فترة العمل لمدة 12 ساعة دون الحصول على إجازات خاصة بعد دخول أنفلونزا الخنازير مصر.

وقال عدد من الأطباء والممرضين لليوم السابع إنهم فوجئوا منذ يومين عند تقاضى رواتبهم أنها لا تزيد عن 300 جنيه مقابل العمل شهرين متتاليين، وهو ما لاقى رفضا جماعيا منهم لهذه الرواتب المتدنية، خاصة وأنهم كانوا يتقاضون حوالى 450 جنيها، وهو ما يعتبره الأطباء حنثا للوعد الذى قطعه الجبلى على نفسه.

وأضاف الأطباء بأنهم يواجهون المصابين بالفيروس وجها لوجه دون أى مقابل مادى، كما أشارت إحدى الممرضات، رفضت ذكر اسمها، إلى سوء المعاملة لهم بالمطار وتضرر العديد من المنتدبين من الرواتب المتدنية، فهناك العديد من الأطباء تركوا أشغالهم وعياداتهم عندما طلب منهم انتدابهم بعد إعلان حالة الطوارئ بمطار القاهرة.

مصدر مسئول بالمطار أكد أن الراتب الأساسى الذى يتقاضاه المنتدبون فى عملهم السابق لا يتجاوز 150 جنيها شهريا، وبالتالى فإنهم يتقاضون ضعف راتبهم مشيرا إلى أن حجم الرواتب تحدده وزارة الصحة ولا شأن للحجر الصحى بالمطار بالنواحى المادية.

قامت ممرضات مستشفى بيلا المركزى بوقفة احتجاجية أمام الوحدة المحلية لمركز ومدينة بيلا بكفر الشيخ، لاعتراضهن على قرار المهندس أحمد عابدين محافظ كفر الشيخ، بعد صدور قرار بنقل 60 ممرضة من مستشفى بيلا إلى مستشفيات ووحدات صحية أخرى الشهر الماضى.

أشارت منى محمد ممرضة ضمن الممرضات المنقولات إلى أنهن فوجئن بقرارات نقل جماعية من المحافظ الشهر الماضى، مما جعل بعض الممرضات يقمن بإجازة اعتيادى والبعض الآخر بإجازة مرضى، مما يضر بصالح العمل بالمستشفى الذى يحتاج إلى التمريض.
