تدهور حالة أول سيدة حامل مصابة بالأنفلونزا

الدكتور حاتم الجبلى وزير الصحة الشرقية - إيمان مهنا
احتجز مستشفى السلام التابع لجامعة الزقازيق بمحافظة الشرقية مساء اليوم، الاثنين، عزيزة محمد عبد الكريم (25 عاما)، أول سيدة حامل مصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير بعد أن تدهورت حالتها الصحية.
وكانت السيدة المصابة قد وصلت إلى مصر قادمة من إيطاليا منذ 5 أيام، حيث كانت تقيم مع زوجها هناك بعد زفافها مباشرة، وعادت إلى مصر منذ خمسة أيام لاستكمال فترة الحمل والوضع بمسقط رأسها بقرية ميت ربيعة بمركز منيا القمح، وتم اكتشاف إصابتها بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير، بعدما ظهرت عليها الأعراض عقب إصابة نجل شقيقتها بالمرض، حيث تم نقلها لمستشفى الصدر منذ يومين، إلا أن حالتها الصحية تدهورت بشدة.
وقال د. سيد أبو الخير، وكيل أول وزارة الصحة بالشرقية، إنه تم أخذ عينات من المريضة اتضح إيجابية العينة، وتم عمل الإجراءات اللازمة بمستشفى الصدر، إلا إننا فوجنئا صباح اليوم، الاثنين، بنقص فى الأكسجين فتخوفنا على الأم والجنين فقررنا نقلها إلى مستشفى السلام، وتم تشكيل فريق من أطباء الباطنية لرعاية الحالة.
وعلى الجانب الآخر قام مستشفى السلام باحتجاز المريضة داخل العناية المركزة، واتخذت إجراءات مشددة لمنع دخول أى أحد للطابق الموجود به المريضة فى محاولة للوقوف على الوضع الصحى للمريضة، ونفى الدكتور عاطف حسين، مدير عام المستشفى، وجود أى حالة مصابة بأنفلونزا الخنازير بالمستشفى.

Detained Al-Salam Hospital of the University of Zagazig, Sharkia Governorate evening, Monday, Aziza Mohammed Abdul Karim (25 years), the first pregnant woman infected with swine flu after her health deteriorated.
The woman was infected had reached Egypt from Italy for 5 days, where she was staying there with her husband immediately after her wedding, and returned to Egypt (from) five days to complete the term of pregnancy and childbirth in Muscat in the village of Rabia, the (center) of semen wheat, was discovered she was diagnosed with swine flu, after developed symptoms after the disease hit her sister's son, where he was transferred to the Chest Hospital two days ago, but her health has deteriorated sharply.
Dr. Mr. Abul Khair, First Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health in the eastern area, had been taking samples from the patient demonstrated a positive sample, were the work of hospital procedures for the chest, but we Vuginia morning, Monday, Vtakova a lack of oxygen to the mother and the baby we decided to transfer to hospital operations, was formed a team of doctors to care for inner situation.
On the other hand the Al-Salam Hospital in the detention of the patient care unit and taken strict measures to prevent the entry of any one for the floor that has the patient in an attempt to determine the health status of the patient, and denied Dr. Atif Hussein, General Manager of the hospital, the presence of any reported cases of swine flu at the hospital.
