أكد الدكتور حاتم الجبلى، وزير الصحة، أن تربية الطيور فى منازل المواطنين هى التحدى الأكبر الذى يواجه جهود مكافحة وحصار مرض أنفلونزا الطيور فى مصر، نظراً لعملية الاختلاط بالطيور المصابة أو النافقة جراء المرض، وأوضح أنه رغم زيادة الوعى بالمرض والتعامل معه، فإن الخطر الحقيقى لتفشى المرض بين البشر هو المخالطة غير السليمة للمواطنين، خصوصاً النساء وأطفالهن.

وأشار الوزير إلى أن مصر من أقل الدول فى معدلات الوفيات بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، مرجعاً ذلك إلى زيادة الوعى الصحى بين المواطنين مما أسهم بصورة كبيرة فى سرعة شفاء الحالات المصابة بالمرض، ودلل الجبلى على قوله بانخفاض نسب حالات الإصابة منذ ظهور المرض فى مصر.
The minister pointed out that Egypt is one of the least in the rates of death from bird flu, a reference to the increasing health awareness among the citizens, which contributed significantly to the rapid healing of infected cases, and has shown saying on the mountain, down the incidence rates since the emergence of the disease in Egypt.
وقال الوزير فى تصريحات خاصة إن حالات الإصابة فى عام ٢٠٠٦، بلغت ١٨ حالة، منها ١٠ حالات وفاة بنسبة أكثر من ٥٥٪، وفى عام ٢٠٠٧ بلغ عدد الحالات ٢٥ حالة توفى منها تسع حالات بنسبة ٣٦٪، وفى عام ٢٠٠٨ بلغ عدد الحالات المصابة ٨ حالات منها ٤ حالات وفاة، وفى عام ٢٠٠٩ بلغ عدد الحالات المصابة ١٧ منها حالتا وفاة بنسبة ١٦٪، مؤكداً أن مصر تعد بذلك من أقل الدول التى فيها وفيات.
He added that the incidence in 2006 reached 18 cases, including 10 cases of death by more than 55%, in 2007 the number of cases, 25 cases died, including nine cases by 36%, in 2008 the number of infected cases, 8 4 cases of deaths, and in 2009 the number of infected cases, including 17 cases of death by 16%, affirming that Egypt is so that the least mortality.
كانت وزارة الصحة قد أكدت مساء أمس الأول، الإصابة البشرية رقم ٦٨ بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، لسيدة تدعى وفاء عبدالحميد عبدالجواد تبلغ من العمر ?٣٤ سنة? من مدينة طنطا بمحافظة الغربية، فى حين أعلنت الوزارة الوفاة رقم ٢٥ متأثرة بالمرض.

وقال الجبلى إنه على المستوى الدولى حالياً هناك ٤٢٠ حالة إصابة منذ بداية ظهور المرض عام ٢٠٠٦، حتى الآن فى دول العالم، توفى منها ٢٥٧ حالة بنسبة ٦٠٪، وفى مصر بلغ عدد الإصابات حتى الآن ٦٨ حالة منها ٢٥ حالة وفيات منذ بداية ظهور المرض،
He said that the mountain at the international level there are currently 420 cases since the onset of the disease in 2006, so far in the countries of the world, 257 of whom had died by the case of 60%, in Egypt the number of casualties so far 68 cases, 25 cases of deaths since the beginning of the emergence of the disease,
وأوضح أنه بالنسبة للعام الحالى ٢٠٠٩ شهد العالم ٢٥ حالة إصابة توفى منها سبع حالات، وأن قلة الوفيات تعد ظاهرة على مستوى العالم، وفى مصر بلغ عدد الحالات منذ بداية العام الحالى ١٧ حالة، توفى منها حالتان فقط.
He pointed out that for the year 2009 the world has seen 25 cases died, including seven cases, and that is the phenomenon of a few deaths in the world, in Egypt the number of cases since the beginning of this year, 17 cases, only two of them died.
وأشار إلى أنه من بين حالات الإصابة عام ٢٠٠٩ الـ١٧ هناك ١٣ حالة بين الأطفال تحت عمر ٦ سنوات، كما بلغ عدد الإصابات بين الأطفال ٣٣ حالة من بين ٦٨ حالة منذ بداية ظهور المرض عام ٢٠٠٦.
He pointed out that among the cases in 2009 there was 13 of 17 cases among children under the age of 6 years, as the number of injuries among children 33 out of 68 cases since the onset of the disease in 2006.

أحمد نظيف، قد شددت على عمليات الإبلاغ، عن المزارع المصابة بالمرض وتشديد العقوبات على تلك المزارع فى حالة عدم الالتزام بالإبلاغ وقيام المحافظات بتشديد الإجراءات بالنسبة للتعامل مع التربية المنزلية فى المدن ووضع آليات محددة فى كل محافظة لتطوير التربية المنزلية فى الريف،

كما قررت اللجنة تشديد الرقابة على النقل الحى للدواجن دون تصريح، والسماح فقط بالنقل الحى المصرح به، نظراً لأن هناك خريطة محددة للنقل الحى من المحافظات القريبة من المجازر،
The Committee also decided to tighten control over the transport of live poultry without a permit, and allow only authorized to transport the neighborhood, since there is a specific map of the transfer of the district near the provincial massacres,
وتقرر أن يتم ذلك بالتنسيق بين وزارات الداخلية والزراعة والتنمية المحلية وبين النائب العام، وقررت اللجنة توفير الطعوم والأمصال والنظر بسرعة فى إنتاجها محلياً، خاصة أن هناك إمكانيات وكفاءات تستطيع القيام بذلك.
This was to be done in coordination between the ministries of interior, agriculture, local development and the Attorney-General, the Committee decided to provide vaccines and serums and consider locally produced rapidly, particularly as there is the potential and skills can do so.
