Egypt: The discovery of new bird flu and the closure of 165 farm Menoufia
قرر المهندس سامى عمارة محافظ المنوفية، إغلاق 165 مزرعة دواجن غير مرخصة والموجودة داخل الكتل السكنية، تمهيداً لنقلها إلى صحراء مدينة السادات حتى تصبح محافظة المنوفية خالية تماماً من مرض أنفلونزا الطيور والخنازير.
Decided to engineer Sami Amara Governor Monoufia, the closure of 165 illegal poultry farm located within the residential block, in preparation for transfer to the desert town of Sadat Al-Menoufiya to become completely free of bird flu and pigs.
صرح بذلك الدكتور أحمد فؤاد مدير مديرية الطب البيطرى بالمنوفية، وأضاف أنه تم قطع الكهرباء والمياه والمرافق عن هذه المزارع المخالفة وإصدار قرار بالغلق إدارياً وأوضح أن إغلاق هذه المزارع تم بالتنسيق بين مديرية الطب البيطرى والوحدات المحلية والأمن والزراعة التى كان لها الدور الفعال بإعطاء بيان بتلك المزارع المخالفة.
Said Dr. Ahmed Fouad Director of the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine Menoufia, had been cut off electricity and water and sanitation on the farms of this offense and the issuance of an administrative decision of closure The closure of these farms has been coordination between the Directorate of Veterinary Medicine and local units, security and agriculture, which had an active role by giving a statement to those farms violation.
وعلى نفس الصعيد استقبل مستشفى حميات شبين الكوم حالة جديدة لطفل مصاب بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور يدعى محمد حسام السنطاوى بعد أن تم أخذ عينه منه وإرسالها إلى معامل الوزارة بالقاهرة لتحليلها وتبين إيجابية الحالة.
And at the same hospital received fevers Shebin new cases of a child infected with bird flu, identified as Mohammed Hossam Alsntauy after the sample, and sent to laboratories for analysis, the ministry in Cairo shows a positive situation.
صرح بذلك الدكتور هشام عطا وكيل وزارة الصحة بالمنوفية، وأضاف أنه تم على الفور تحويل الطفل بعد ثبوت إيجابية الحالة إلى مستشفى منشية البكرى بالقاهرة، وتبين أيضاً أن الطفل كان مخالطاً لطيور بمنزله وأخرى ميتة وأنه شعر بارتفاع فى درجة الحرارة وقئ مستمر، مشيراً أنه تم على الفور عمل حجر صحى على قريته بكفر البتانون وتقرر إعدام جميع الطيور وعمل حملة على جميع منازل وأخذ عينات من أسرة الطفل المصاب لتحليلها ووضعهم تحت الملاحظة والمراقبة لمدة عشرة أيام.
This was stated by Dr Hisham Atta, Deputy Minister of Health Menoufia, and had been on the transfer of the child immediately after testing positive case to the hospital in the capital Cairo, and also indicate that the child had contact with birds and other dead at his home and that he complained of high fever and vomiting constantly, indicating that he was work immediately quarantine the village of Kfar Alaptanon and decides the execution of all the birds and the work of a crackdown on all the houses and the taking of samples from the infected child's family for analysis and placed under observation and control for a period of ten days.
