تستكمل محكمة جنايات شمال القاهرة غدا الأحد، نظر ثانى جلسات قضية جزارى الخنازير بمنشية ناصر والمتهم فيها 4 جزارين ومحام، لقيامهم بذبح خنازير وبيعها للمواطنين على أنها لحوم ضأن، بالإضافة لذبحهم لتلك اللحوم خارج المجزر.

تعقد الجلسة برئاسة المستشار عبد الله أبو هاشم وعضوية المستشارين سعد مجاهد وهانى الردينى.

ترجع وقائع القضية إلى 2 مايو من العام الماضى بدائرة قسم منشية ناصر، بورود معلومات إلى اللواء دكتور محمد أبو شادى مدير شرطة التموين، تفيد بقيام مجموعة من الجزارين بمنطقة الزرايب بمنشأة ناصر بتربية الخنازير، وذبحها وعرض لحومها للبيع للمواطنين من سكان المنطقة على أنها لحوم ضأن.

وبعد أن أكدت التحريات بإشراف وكيلى الإدارة صحة المعلومات تم تشكيل فريق بحث بالتنسيق مع لجنة الأطباء البيطريين، لمداهمة محلات الجزارة والمشتبه فيها، حيث تم ضبط محلين بداخلهما 15 خنزيرا مذبوحا و60 كيلو لحم "كبده وقلوب" معروضين للبيع على أنها لحم ضأن، وتبين أنها لحم خنزير وكانت تباع بسعر 45 جنيهاً للكيلو الواحد، بالإضافة إلى قيام المتهمين باستخدام أختام مزورة لخاتم السلخانة، فقام المتهمين الخمسة عرندس جاد الرب (53 سنة) جزار وشقيقه سعد ونجل الأول روتانى عرندس (28 سنة) محام، وعفت رشدى بداوى وعزت فاروق وهبة، واشتبكوا مع اللجنة المشكلة من الطب البيطرى واستعمال القوة مع موظفين عمومين وأصابوا الدكتور أشرف عبد القادر طبيب بيطرى، وقاموا بتكسير سيارتين لمصلحة الطب البيطرى وسيارة شرطة، وذلك أثناء مداهمة المكان.

تم ضبط صاحبى المحلين ومواجهتهما بالتحريات والمضبوطات واعترفا بجريمتهما.

أخطر اللواء محمد سعد مساعد أول مساعد وزير الداخلية للأمن الاقتصادى، بالواقعة فأمر بتحرير المحضر اللازم وعرضهم على النيابة التى تولت التحقيق وأحالتهم إلى المحاكمة

تقدم صباح اليوم الأحد عضو مجلس محلى مركز دمياط العربى الوالى، بطلب إحاطة عاجل يتساءل فيه عن موقف الجهات الرقابية بالمحافظة مع المحلات الأربعة التى ثبت أنها تبيع لحوم خنازير.

مؤكدا أنة على الرغم من اكتشاف أربعة محلات بدمياط تقوم ببيع اللحوم المفرومة المختلطة بلحم الخنازير طبقا لما ورد بتقارير معامل التحاليل، وتمكن رجال الرقابة التموينية بدمياط من ضبط هذ المحلات وتحرر لاصحابها محاضر وتم عرضهم على النيابة العامة والتى أمرت بحبسهم احتياطيا على ذمة التحقيق، إلا أنه لوحظ أن هذه المحلات تمارس عملها بشكل طبيعى، الأمر الذى أصاب المواطن الدمياطى بحالة من الفزع والخوف نتيجة عدم استصدار قرار إغلاق لهذه المحلات من الجهات المختصة، الأمر الذى يشوبه شىء من الإهمال ويهدد صحة المواطن فى ظل انتشار مرض أنفلونزا الطيور والخنازير.

قضت محكمة جنايات شمال القاهرة اليوم الثلاثاء، فى ثالث جلسات نظر قضية جزارى الخنازير بمنشية ناصر، بمعاقبة المتهم الأول عرندس جاد الرب جزار بالسجن 7 سنوات، وبمعاقبة شقيقه سعد جاد الرب عرندس بالسجن 3 سنوات، بينما أصدرت المحكمة حكمها بمعاقبة نجل الأول روتانى عرندس محام وعفت رشدى بدراوى بالسجن 3 سنوات لكل منهما، وعاقبت عزت فاروق وهبة بالسجن 5 سنوات. وذلك بتهمة ذبح الخنازير وبيعها للمواطنين على أنها لحوم ضأن مقابل مبالغ مالية وذلك بالإضافة لذبحهم تلك اللحوم خارج المجازر الحكومية المخصصة لذلك.
عقدت الجلسة برئاسة المستشار عبد الله أبو هاشم وعضوية المستشارين سعد مجاهد وهانى الردينى.
استمعت المحكمة فى جلسة اليوم، إلى مرافعة النيابة العامة، والتى طالبت بتوقيع أقصى العقوبة على المتهمين، لما ارتكبوا من جرم فى حق المجتمع، فضلا عن تعديهم على قوات الشرطة واللجنة الطبية بوزارة الصحة.

بينما دفع محامى المتهمين ببطلان إجراءات القبض والتفتيش، وبطلان التحريات والتقرير الفنى، وأكد على أن به تزويرا واضحا، بالإضافة إلى أن المتهمين لم يكونوا فى حالة تلبس أثناء القبض عليهم، ودفع بتضارب أقوال الشهود، ومخالفة أحكام القانون وتحديدا المادة 381 المختصة بتناول إجراءات القبض والتفتيش، وطلب المحامى التحقيق مع المتهم عفت رشدى، وذلك بعد أن ذكر المتهم أن سيارة الشرطة دهسته أثناء محاولة القبض عليه.

كشفت الإدارة العامة لمباحث التموين بالقاهرة، عن مخزن بمنطقة مصر القديمة يقوم صاحبه بتخزين كميات كبيرة من اللحوم المجمدة مجهولة المصدر، وبيعها للمواطنين، لتحقيق مكاسب طائلة من ورائها.

وبالاشتراك مع مفتشى الطب البيطرى، وفور صدور إذن النيابة، تمت مداهمة المخزن بمصر الجديدة، وضبط مصطفى عبد الودود صادق( 26 عاما) المدير المسئول عن مخزن اليسر للحوم المجمدة، والذى يمتلكه "أشرف .ع.س"، وتبين أن المخزن يحتوى على لحوم مجمدة مجهولة المصدر، وليس لها أى بيانات تدل على مصدرها، من أجل بيعها للمواطنين وتحقيق أرباح غير مشروعة.

وأسفرت الحملة عن ضبط 400 كيلو من لحوم "الفلتو" الهندى، و100 كيلو لحوم رقبة هندى، وتم التحفظ عليها، وقدم مفتشو الإدارة البيطرية تقريرا مفاده أن اللحوم غير صالحة للاستخدام الآدمى، وتحرر المحضر رقم 9963، وجار العرض على النيابة التى تولت التحقيق.

كما تم ضبط "حمدي. م. م." المدير المسئول عن ثلاجة لحفظ المواد الغذائية بالجمالية لحيازته 3 أطنان و500 كيلو جبن أبيض مجهولة المصدر.. وضبط "محمود. ه" المدير المسئول عن سوبر ماركت كبير بالسيدة زينب وبحوزته 300 كيلو جبن أبيض معبأة في عبوات من الصفيح وعليها صدأ وتغير في الرائحة واللون.

حملات موسعة على محلات الجزارة تحسبا لتسريب لحوم الخنازير
شنت الأجهزة المختصة فى الأحياء ومديرية الطب البيطرى ومديرية التموين وشرطة المرافق بحى السيدة زينب حملة للتصدى لمرض أنفلونزا الطيور والخنازير، ومراقبة محلات الجزارة، والتأكد من صلاحية اللحوم المعروضة للبيع وذبحها فى المجازر.

جاءت الحملة فى إطار تعليمات الدكتور عبد العظيم وزير محافظ القاهرة بتشديد الحملات المشتركة بين هذه الأجهزة، وقد رأسها اللواء أحمد عبد الفتاح من شرطة المرافق ود.سعاد الخولى مدير مديرية الطب البيطرى بالقاهرة.

فقد داهمت أجهزة الحى حظيرة مواشى بمنطقة أرض يعقوب الليلة الماضية، تبين قيام أصحابها بذبح المواشى خارج المجازر. وتم ضبط كميات من اللحوم المذبوحة خارج المجزر تقدر بعدد 19 "ربع أمامى ضانى" للمدعو أحمد جلال حسين صاحب وكالة مواشى، وبكرة ختم مقلد يشبه الأختام المستخدمة بالمجزر ومعدة بالأحبار الخاصة بها لختم اللحوم المذبوحة بالمخالفة.

وتم التحفظ على المضبوطات وتحرير المحضر اللازم بقسم السيدة زينب وإحالة المتهمين للنيابة، كما ضبطت الحملة محلا مازال يتعامل فى الطيور الحية بالعقار رقم 42 حارة قوارير بالناصرية، وتم التحفظ على الدجاج وإحالته للفحص لمعرفة مدى صلاحيته. كما تم ضبط 850 كجم لحوم مفرومة ودهون بالمحل الخاص بالجزار أحمد رمضان محمد بكر بشارع سكة حديد الإمام بالسيدة زينب، غير صالحة للاستخدام الآدمى، وتم إعدام الكمية واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد المخالف.

وأكدت د.سعاد الخولى مدير مديرية الطب البيطرى بالقاهرة بأنه جارى إجراء الحملات اليومية صباحا ومساء على المحلات لتنفيذ تعليمات المحافظ بعدم السماح بتداول الطيور الحية بالقاهرة.
وقالت إنه تم خلال الأسبوع الماضى تكثيف الحملات بمنطقة الدرب الأحمر والتى تواجه صعوبة فى اقتفاء أثرهم نظرا لضيق الحوارى بها، وتم غلق 15 محلا بمناطق السروجية ودرب الغمرى وحارة المحكمة وشارع الغندور ودرب اليهود وأم الغلام تم خلالها التحفظ على 600 طائر و20 كجم مصنعات جاهزة للبيع. وأضافت أنه تم إحالتهم للمجازر لتوقيع الكشف الطبى عليها، كما تم ضبط الرياشات والموازين والثلاجات ولوازم التشغيل بهذه المحلات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد أصحابها.

وقال عبد الله بدوى مدير مديرية التموين بالجيزة، إن الحملة تم تنفيذها بالتعاون مع الأجهزة الرقابية بمديرية الطب البيطرى، وتبين أن المصنع غير مرخص وجميع الدهون والأحشاء الحيوانية غير صالحة للاستخدام الآدمى، وتشكل خطورة على حياة المواطنين فى حالة استخدامها، مؤكداً على استمرار الحملات على ثلاجات حفظ اللحوم ومصانع تصنيع اللحوم لضبط أى مخالفات حرصاً على صحة المواطنين والقضاء على المصانع التى تنتشر بالمناطق الشعبية.

أضاف بدوى، أنه تم التحفظ على الكمية المضبوطة بالكامل داخل ثلاجة تتبع المديرية، وإحالة المخالفة إلى النيابة العامة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية، وصدور أوامر بإعدام هذه الكمية بالمقلب العمومى بشبرامنت التابع للهيئة العامة للنظافة والتجميل بالجيزة.

أسفرت الحملة عن ضبط أحد المحال مملوك لـ"إبراهيم .ف" يبيع لحوما مجمدة ولحوم مفروم غير صالحة للاستخدام وتحرر بذلك المحضر رقم "18521 "مركز دمياط.

كما تم ضبط ضبط أحد المطاعم مملوك لـ "خالد. م" يبيع لحوم غير صالحة للاستخدام وتحرر لة محضر 18522 جنح مركز دمياط، وكذلك مطعم مشويات مملوك لـ "م. ج. ت" يبيع لحوما مفرومة غير صالحة وأسماكا غير صالحة وتحرر لة محضر رقم 11203 جنح قسم أول.
