شكلت مديرية الطب البيطرى بمحافظة القاهرة لجنة تفتيشية للمرور على الأسواق تنفيذا لقرار المحافظ وتفعيلاً للقانون رقم 70 لسنة 2009 والخاص بمنع تداول الطيور الحية. The Directorate of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo Governorate Commission inspection of the passage on the market to implement the decision of the Governor and the activation of Act No. 70 of 2009 on the prevention and handling of live birds.
وأسفرت اللجنة عن ضبط"5" سيارات محملة بالدواجن الحية تم تهريبها ليتم تداولها بالأسواق بالمخالفة للقوانين والقرارات الوزارية الصادرة فى إطار مكافحة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور. And resulted in the seizure of "5" cars loaded with live poultry that had been smuggled to the markets traded in violation of the laws and ministerial decrees issued in the fight against bird flu.
وبلغ إجمالى الدواجن الحية المصادرة 5555 دجاجة حية قدرت قيمتها ب 85256 جنيها. The total live poultry seized 5555 live chickens, worth 85,256 pounds.
