حذرت ورشة عمل "الأمن الحيوى خط دفاع أول" التى بدأت فعالياتها بالإسكندرية اليوم ولمدة ثلاثة أيام أن إجراءات الأمان الحيوى لا تنطبق على أكثر من 80% من المزارع التى يزيد عددها على 25 ألف مزرعة وهو ما تسبب فى انتشار فيروس أنفلونزا الطيور بشكل كبير وهو ما ينذر بإمكانية تحور الفيروس. Warned workshop "Biosecurity first line of defense" which begun in Alexandria today for three days to safety procedures bio does not apply to more than 80% of the farms of the more than 25 thousand farm which caused the spread of avian influenza virus significantly, which threatens the possibility of mutation of the virus.
وأكد الخبراء المشاركون فى ورشة العمل التى ينظمها مشروع أوقف أنفلونزا الطيور "stop AI" التابع للوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية ارتفاع نسبة الوفيات بمرض "h5n1" من 10 إلى 30 % فى الفترة ما بين عامى 2009 / 2010 بسبب تشدد تشدد الاجراءات الحكومية فى المكافحة، فضلا عن إهمال إجراءات الأمان الحيوى التى تتبعها معظم دول العالم، وهو السبب الذى جعل مصر مرشحة ضمن 5 دول فى العالم لأن يتحول المرض فيها إلى وباء وهو ما أكدته أيضا منظمة الأغذية والزراعة "فاو" فى وقت سابق. The experts participating in the workshop organized by the project stopped the bird flu "stop AI" of the U.S. Agency for International Development, the high proportion of deaths from "h5n1" from 10 to 30% in the period between 2009 / 2010 due to a tight stresses government action in the fight, as well as neglect of bio-security procedures followed by most countries of the world, that is the reason to make Egypt a candidate in the 5 countries in the world because the disease becomes an epidemic which is also confirmed by the Food and Agriculture Organization "FAO" earlier.
وطالب الخبراء بضرورة مراجعة إجراءات الأمن الحيوى حتى يمكن تطبيقها على أكبر عدد من المزارع بالحد الذى يكفل حمايتها من المرض إلى جانب تحديد أفضل الوسائل للوصول بهذه الاشتراطات لصغار المربين وإقناعهم بها. Experts called for the need to review the measures of biosecurity can be applied to the largest number of farms to ensure protection of the extent of the disease as well as determine the best means to reach these requirements for small-holders and convince them.
وقال الدكتور فريد حسنى مدير المشروع إن أصحاب التربية الريفية تحولوا إلى ضحية مكافحة المرض، مؤكدا أن عمليات الإعدام التى قامت بها الحكومة فى فترة دخول المرض إلى مصر عام 2006 باعتبار أن التربية الريفية هى سبب نشر المرض قد أثبتت فشلها، ومن خلال التجارب والأبحاث فقد ثبت أن المزارع الكبرى هى سبب انتشار المرض وليس المربى الصغير. Dr. Farid Hosni, head of the project said that the owners of rural education have become a victim of the disease, stressing that the executions carried out by the government in the entry of the disease in Egypt in 2006, as the rural education is the cause of spreading the disease has failed, and through experience and research has proven that the farmer is the major cause of spread of the disease and not the small jam.

وتابع: أن استيراد الدواجن يشكل خطورة على صناعة الدواجن فى مصر حيث يعمل فى هذه الصناعة ما يزيد على 1.4 مليون عامل سيتم تشريدهم إذا انتهت هذه الصناعة، فيما سيشكل مستوردى الدواجن مافيا جديدة للتحكم فى الأسواق والأسعار كما هو الحال فى اللحوم فضلا عن ارتفاع أسعار هذه المنتجات التى هى فى الأصل طعام الفقراء. وأشار مدير المشروع إلى أنه تمت مراجعة اشتراطات الأمان الحيوى بين كبار مربى الدواجن والجهات المعنية بمكافحة المرض فى مصر وفى مقدمتها الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية وذلك بهدف تحديد أولويات اشتراطات الأمان الحيوى وبما يتناسب مع ظروف كل مزرعة مثل تطهير وتعقيم كل ما هو متحرك قبل دخول المزرعة أو الخروج منها وحظر الزيارات لمزارع الدواجن أو دخول عنابر إلا للضرورة القصوى وغيرها.
