احتجزت مستشفيات الصدر والحميات بدمنهور 6 حالات للاشتباه بإصابتهم بأنفلونزا الخنازير، وذلك بعد ظهور أعراض تتشابه مع أعراض المرض عليهما، من ارتفاع مفاجئ فى درجة الحرارة وألم فى العظام واحتقان فى الحلق ورشح فى الأنف وسعال وألم فى العضلات وإجهاد شديد، وهم: "عبد الموجود. م"، و"سالمين. م" و"خميسة.ا"، و"صبحية.ا"، و"إسراء.ع"، و"ياسر. ع".
