بدأت وزارة الصحة فى اتخاذ الإجراءات والاستعدادات اللازمة لتنفيذ قرارات وتوصيات الدورة الاستثنائية للجنة الإقليمية لمنظمة الصحة العالمية لإقليم شرق المتوسط بشأن جائحة فيروس (إتش 1 إن 1) المعروف عالمياً بأنفلونزا الخنازير والترتيبات اللازمة لموسمى الحج والعمرة لهذا العام، والتى أوصت خلالها بمنع كبار السن، ومنهم هم فوق 65 عاماً والأطفال أقل من 12 سنة وأصحاب الأمراض المزمنة مثل السكر والضغط والقلب والكبد والكلى وغيرها من تأدية مناسك الحج والعمرة لهذا العام.
وأكد الدكتور حاتم الجبلى وزير الصحة، فى تصريحات صحفية، أنه سيتم إخطار عدد من المراكز الطبية محل الثقة بإصدار الشهادات الطبية الخاصة بالحجاج والمعتمرين التى توضح الأحوال الصحية لهؤلاء الأشخاص وتؤكد خلوهم من الأمراض المزمنة، وهو شرط الحصول على تأشيرة الحج والعمرة ليتم تقديمها ضمن المستندات والأوراق اللازمة للحصول على تأشيرة الحج.
وأشار إلى أن هناك تنسيقاً كاملاًَ مع الجانب السعودى لتنفيذ هذه القرارات والتوصيات حفاظاً على صحة الحجاج والمعتمرين لعدم تعرضهم لأى مضاعفات صحية والتأكد من تحقيق الدقة اللازمة لمنع أى تلاعب بوضع علامة مائية على هذه الشهادات منعاً لتزويرها.

Ministry of Health has begun to take action and the necessary preparations to implement the decisions and recommendations of the special session of the Regional Committee for the World Health Organization Eastern Mediterranean Region on the pandemic virus (H 1 that 1) is known worldwide flu pigs and the necessary arrangements for the Hajj and Umrah seasons this year, which recommended that the Prevention of Older Persons, including are over 65 years and children less than 12 years and the owners of chronic diseases such as diabetes, pressure, and heart, liver, kidneys and other performance of the Hajj and Umrah for this year.
And Dr. Hatem el-Gabali, Minister of Health, in press statements, that will be notified a number of medical centers replace trust by issuing medical certificates for pilgrims and Umrah performers, which explains the health conditions of these people are free from the stresses of chronic diseases, the requirement to obtain a visa for the Hajj and Umrah will be provided within the documents and papers required to obtain a visa to Mecca.
He pointed out that there is full coordination with the Saudi side of the implementation of these resolutions and recommendations in order to preserve the health of the pilgrims and Umrah performers are not exposed to any health complications and ensure the achievement of precision necessary to prevent any manipulation of the development of a water mark on these certificates in order to prevent forgery.
