كشف الدكتور محمد مصطفى الجارحى، رئيس الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية، عن اتفاق الهيئة مع المعمل القومى للرقابة على الإنتاج الداجنى، والاتحاد العام لمنتجى الدواجن على تشكيل لجنة مصغرة لوضع خطة إستراتيجية للتصدى لمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، وكذلك وضع آليات التنفيذ المتابعة، على أن تعقد اجتماعا دوريا موسعا كل شهرين. Dr. Mohamed Mustafa Garhi, President of the General Authority for Veterinary Services, an agreement the Commission with the National Laboratory for the control of poultry production, and the General Union of Poultry Producers to form a small committee to develop a strategic plan to deal with bird flu, as well as develop mechanisms for implementation follow-up, to hold a regular meeting expanded every two months.

وعقدت اللجنة المشكلة حديثا اجتماعا أمس، الأربعاء، ضم ممثلين عن المعمل المركزى للرقابة على الإنتاج الداجنى والمعمل القومى للرقابة على المستحضرات البيولوجية وكلية الطب البيطرى بجامعة القاهرة برئاسة الدكتور مصطفى الجارحى، رئيس هيئة الخدمات البيطرية لمناقشة الخطة القومية للتصدى لمرض أنفلونزا الطيور، خاصة مع قدوم فصل الشتاء وموسم ظهور مرض أنفلونزا الطيور والذى يزداد فى هذا الفصل، حيث إن الفيروس ينتشر فى البرودة ويعيش وينتقل من طائر إلى الآخر. The Committee held the newly formed meeting yesterday, Wednesday, included representatives of the Central Laboratory for the control of production of poultry and the National Laboratory for the control of biological products and the College of Veterinary Medicine, Cairo University, headed by Dr. Mustafa Garhi, chief of veterinary services to discuss the national plan to tackle bird flu, especially with the advent of winter season and the emergence of bird flu, which is increasing in this chapter, as the virus spreads in the cold and live and transmitted from bird to the other.

وكشف الجارحى أن الاجتماع ناقش منظومة مكافحة الأنفلونزا طبقاً للخطة التنفيذية والإستراتيجية المعدلة، وكذلك التحصينات التى تمت إجازتها من قبل المعمل القومى للرقابة على المستحضرات البيولوجية. Garhi revealed that the meeting discussed the system against influenza in accordance with the operational plan and strategic amended, as well as the fortifications, which were then approved by the National Laboratory for the control of biological products.

وأضاف ناقش الاجتماع أهمية القياس المناعى المستمر وتحليل نتائجه أولا بأول من قبل المعمل القومى للرقابة البيطرية على الإنتاج الداجنى، وتطبيق الأمان الحيوى، دور الاتحاد العام لمنتجى الدواجن فى تحقيق الأهداف السابقة. The meeting discussed the importance of continuous measurement and analysis of immunohistochemical results go by the laboratory of the National Veterinary Poultry production, and application of bio-security, the role of the General Union of Poultry Producers in achieving the above objectives.

م 31/12/2010 أقرت اللجنة الفنية العليا لمكافحة مرض أنفلونزا الطيور برئاسة الدكتور محمد مصطفى الجارحى رئيس الهيئة البيطرية 10 معايير لتطبيق قواعد الأمان الحيوي في مزارع الدواجن للحد من انتشار المرض والسيطرة عليه، ضمن خطة الدولة لمنع انتشار المرض بين قطاع الدواجن أو حدوث إصابات بشرية تهدد الأوضاع الصحية للمواطنين، خاصة أن نسبة تطبيق قواعد الأمن الحيوي في مزارع الدواجن لا تتجاوز 30%. وأعلن الجارحى، فى ختام اجتماعات اللجنة مساء أمس، أن المعايير التي ستتم متابعة تنفيذها بواسطة اللجان البيطرية والخاصة بالأمان الحيوى في مزارع الدواجن خلال الأسابيع المقبلة تركز على حظر بيع الطيور من المزارع المصابة والتخلص الآمن والصحي من الطيور النافقة وتطبيق نظام صحي وآمن للتعامل مع مخلفات الطيور في المزارع "السبلة" وتأمين مدخل عنابر التربية للدواجن وإجراءات التطهير لدخول وخروج العربات والعاملين في كل مزرعة. It was announced Garhi, at the end of meetings of the Committee yesterday evening, that the criteria that will be the follow-up performed by the Veterinary Committees and private security vital in poultry farms in the coming weeks focusing on the Prohibition of the sale of birds from infected farms and the safe disposal and health of birds dead and the introduction of a healthy and safe to deal with bird droppings in farms, "Sblp" and secure the entrance to wards of Education for poultry and disinfection procedures for entry and exit of vehicles and workers in each farm.
وقال إن المهمة الرئيسية لهذه اللجان تقوم علي رسم خريطة تقريبية لكل قرية لتحديد مسارات الحركة داخل القرية للكشف عن الإصابات المرضية بالقرية طبقا لما يسمي بـ"سياسة بيت بيت" لتحقيق أعلى كفاءة في الكشف عن حالات الإصابة في الطيور المنزلية بالتربية الريفية. وأشار الجارحى إلى أن وزارة الزراعة واستصلاح الأراضى قررت مراجعة منظومة كمائن مراقبة حركة نقل الطيور بين المحافظات، للتأكد من جدواها في السيطرة علي حركة نقل الطيور من مزارع الدواجن إلي مجازر الذبح، تنفيذا لقرار مجلس الوزراء بحظر تداول الطيور الحية بدون تصريح.
