قرر اللواء عادل لبيب محافظ الإسكندرية إغلاق فصل دراسى (رياض أطفال) بالمدرسة البريطانية الدولية بعد ظهور حالة إيجابية مصابة بمرض أنفلونزا الخنازير H1N1 لطالب بالروضة بالمدرسة، وتقرر إغلاق الفصل ابتداء من غدا السبت بمعرفة وزارة التضامن الاجتماعى.
كما أعلنت غرفة المتابعة لمرض الأنفلونزا المستجدة عن إصابات جديدة اليوم الجمعة، لكل من والدة طالبة بمدرسة الفالوجة الابتدائية وموظفة بقسم الحسابات بكلية الحقوق جامعة الإسكندرية، وتم احتجاز جميع الحالات بمستشفى الحميات بالإسكندرية لتلقى العلاج والرعاية الطبية اللازمة.
الجدير بالذكر أنه تم الإعلان صباح اليوم الجمعة، عن قرار إغلاق فصل بمدرسة الفالوجة الابتدائية التابعة لإدارة شرق التعليمية لظهور حالتين مصابتين بالمرض بها، الأولى لطالبة ابنة عم الحالة الإيجابية لطالب بمدرسة رشدى الإعدادية، بعد أن أثبتت التقارير الواردة من مستشفى الحميات إصابة الحالة بالمرض، والثانية لابن عمها طالب بنفس الفصل والمدرسة، وجارى عمل إجراءات التطهير وغلق الفصل ابتداء من غدا السبت بمعرفة مديرية التربية والتعليم بالإسكندرية.
