تدرس وزارة الزراعة حاليا إقرار نظام جديد على مزارع الدواجن المتجاورة، والتى لا تنطبق عليها قواعد ومعايير البعد الوقائى، فى منظومة عمل مشتركة من حيث التربية والرعاية البيطرية والنقل والتسويق مع التزامها بتطبيق اشتراطات الأمان الحيوى للوصول إلى مرحلة التحكم فى مرض أنفلونزا الطيور والقضاء عليه. The Ministry of Agriculture is adoption of a new poultry farms contiguous, which does not apply to rules and standards of the preventive dimension, in the system of joint action in terms of education and veterinary care, transportation and marketing with its commitment to implement the requirements of security vital to reach the stage of control of avian flu and eliminate it.
قال الدكتور محمد مصطفى الجارحى، رئيس الهيئة العامة للخدمات البيطرية، على هامش ورشة عمل الأمن الحيوى خط الدفاع الأول المنعقدة اليوم ولمدة 3 أيام بالإسكندرية، إن الهيئة لا تحارب مربى الطيور فى أرزاقهم، كما يتخيل البعض، وعليهم أن يتكاتفوا مع الجهات المعنية فى مواجهة المرض حماية لأرواح الناس، وصناعة الدواجن والدفاع عن استثماراتها، البالغة نحو 25 مليار جنيه، بحجم عمالة مليونى عامل، مشيرا إلى إقرار الدولة حوافز تدفع المربين إلى الإبلاغ الفورى عند حدوث إصابات. Said Dr. Mohamed Mustafa El Garhi, President of the General Authority for Veterinary Services, on the sidelines of a workshop biosecurity first line of defense held today for 3 days in Alexandria, said that the Authority does not fight the bird breeders in their livelihoods, as some people imagine, and they have to work together with stakeholders in the face of disease to protect people's lives, and the poultry industry and the defense of their investments, amounting to about 25 billion pounds, the size of two million workers, employment, pointing to the adoption of state incentives for educators to report immediately in the event of injuries.
وأضاف أن دمج مزارع الدواجن المتجاورة فى منظومة عمل واحدة، أحد الاستراتيجيات المعمول بها عالميا ونادى بتطبيقها مؤتمر "هانوى" لوزراء الزراعة والصحة فى العالم، وهذه الاستراتيجية تم عرضها على أمين أباظة، وزير الزراعة، لدراستها واتخاذ ما يلزم بشأنها، خاصة أن الوزارة تتبنى حاليا اتجاها يقوم على ضرورة تحمل القطاع الخاص من مربى الدواجن مسئولية حماية مزارعة من وباء أنفلونزا الطيور. He added that the integration of poultry farms contiguous system of one job, one of the strategies applicable universally advocated by the Conference on "Hanoi" to the ministers of agriculture and health in the world, and this strategy was presented to Amin Abaza, Minister of Agriculture, to study and take whatever action is required, especially as the Ministry is adopting a trend based on the need of the private sector of poultry breeders responsibility to protect a farmer from the avian influenza pandemic.
