From a study published by the Al Minufiyah governorate last year (Sept 2006). Don't how much has changed since then ... for the better or for the worst ....

First: description of the problem:
Egypt swept through Alvenrh Aarthh recent disaster that caused the collapse of poultry industry in Egypt, which is the avian flu epidemic , which has been spared the states of the world, although only a few precautions and measures that have been taken recently, the disease fourteen ferociously attacked the governorate of Al-Menoufiya.
Second: the restrictions affecting the problem:
- The difficulty of controlling the virus that causes the disease, where spreads through air, water and tools, wild birds and migratory birds and outputs.
- The lack of factor analysis of the samples [testing facilities] but only in Cairo and non-existence of nationwide thereby delaying the arrival of samples and the results of the analysis, resulting delay take appropriate action swiftly....
