A committee to inspect Al-Ahrar Teaching Hospital in Sharqia and convert it to health isolation

Dr. Abdul-Karim Al-Iraqi, Director of Al-Ahrar Teaching Hospital in Al-Sharqiyah, said that a committee is scheduled to be received today, Saturday, to inspect the hospital for transfer to the Corona Virus Diseases Hospital. The hospital is a prelude to receive corona patients, and on the four days "Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday" for those who have received emergency care in the governorate, pointing out that coordination is underway to determine alternative places for the hospital .
The Ministry of Health has allocated 25 general and central hospitals in Sharkia Governorate to receive all suspected cases of the new Corona virus "Covid 19", indicating that this will be completed on the first of next June, as part of the update of the "Health Egypt" application.
In coordination with the Directorate of Social Solidarity and the Red Crescent Society, the building of the maternity and childhood services complex in the city of Zagazig was set aside and built on an area of 750 meters and consists of 7 floors and it contains 65 residence rooms that can accommodate 190 cases.
Also, there are 6 hospitals that were designated for the health isolation of the injured, which included hospitals (fevers - chest diseases - Faqus emergency - New Salhia - Zagazig University hospitals "internal care department" - Sidnawi hospital "economic treatment department" with a total of 301 internal beds and 93 beds in intensive care departments And 65 respirators, along with trained medical teams, include 541 doctors and 1,028 nurses .
The two directorates of education and youth in Sharkia governorate had allocated 107 schools and youth centers as a headquarters for medical isolation for patients of Corona Virus under reserve, the most prominent of whom were the Distinguished School in Zagazig, Nasser Youth Center and the Maternity and Childhood Unit
