"المصل آمن وآثاره الجانبية لا تتجاوز آثار الأنفلونزا الموسمية"، هذا ما أكده د.حاتم الجبلى وزير الصحة مفتتحا التطعيم ضد فيروس أنفلونزا الخنازير بالمصل الجديد صباح اليوم بمعهد ناصر فور وصول الدفعة الأولى من حصة مصر التى اشترتها من شركة جلاكسو بحجم يصل إلى 5 ملايين وتسعى إلى شراء 5 ملايين جرعة أخرى.
الوزير خصص 5 عبوات رفعهم أمام جميع كاميرات وسائل للإعلام للتأكد من أنها من المصل المضاد لا مجرد حقن فيتامين كما يتخوف البعض، كما تم تطعيم القيادات الصحية بعد وزير الصحة فى صالة كبار الزوار بمعهد ناصر والذى شهد تطعيم أكثر من 50 فردا، خاصة أن كل عبوة تكفى للتطعيم 10 أفراد منهم أطباء وإعلاميين ومسئولين، حيث تلقى د.نبيل الدمرداش مساعد وزير التربية والتعليم جرعة من المصل.
خصص الجبلى كل الدفعة الأولى من المصل والتى يصل حجمها إلى 80 ألف جرعة للتطعيم الحجاج المسافرين لأداء فريضة الحج هذا العام بالمجان فى مراكز استلمت المصل من الأمس وقد خصصتها وزارة الصحة فى كل محافظة ستقوم بعملية التطعيم وإعطاء الحجاج الشهادات التى تثبت تطعيمهم والتى سيدخلون بها مصر بعد الحج دون أى إجراءات للحجر الصحى.
وأكد الجبلى أن الوزارة أبلغت السفارة السعودية بوصول المصل مما سيحتم على جميع الحجاج ضرورة الحقن به قبل السفر ومن الغد، مؤكدا أن الحاج الذى سيرفض الحقن بالمصل لن يسافر وفق إجراءات وزارة الصحة السعودية، لافتا أن المجموعة التى سافرت من مصر قبل وصول التطعيم مجموعة صغيرة العدد ليس لها تأثير.
لافتا أن الدفعة الثانية والتى وصلت فجر اليوم بحجم 70 ألف جرعة سيتم تخصيصها للتطعيم الطواقم الطبية بالمجان أيضا على أن يتم تخصيص الدفعة الثالثة والتى تصل مصر فى يناير القادم بحجم مليون و200 ألف جرعة للتطعيم الفئات المسئولة عن إدارة الحياة اليومية فى الدولة مثل مسئولى المرور و المترو و الإسعاف و القطارات و التليفون و البريد و المدرسين فى المناطق العشوائية، لافتا إلى عدم قدرة الحكومة على تطعيم التلاميذ بعد رفض منظمة الصحة العالمية طلب مصر بـ15 مليون جرعة كدعم منها.
أما فيما يخص وضع أنفلونزا الخنازير فى مصر أكد الجبلى، أنه مازال آمنا وفى مرحلة عادية لم يدخل إلى طور أى شكل من أشكال التحور حيث وصل عدد الإصابات 1287 حالة، توفى منها 5 حالات حتى الآن بخلاف حالة الطفل التى مازالت فى طور التحقيق من قبل لجنة فنية ستعد تقريها منتصف الأسبوع الحالى، متوقعا أن يكون سبب الوفاة تناول جرعات ضخمة من الأدوية أدت إلى نزيف حاد ربما يكون هو سبب الوفاة، نافيا الجزم بأن يكون السبب أنفلونزا الخنازير.
