The Civil Protection Officers of the Luxor Security Directorate succeeded in controlling a fire inside a poultry farm in the city of Esna, which resulted in the death of 5,000 chick. A report of the accident was released.
Major General Mustafa Salah Eddin, the director of security in Luxor, received a warning from the rescue room that a fire broke out at a chicken farm on the area of carats, owned by Ahmed M. Mas, and directed by Mikhail NA. He immediately ordered two fire engines to control the fire .
Firefighters succeeded in controlling the fire without loss of life. Preliminary examination showed that 5,000 chickens were killed on the farm and that the fire was caused by a short circuit. The necessary minutes were released and the public prosecution was informed.
