An official source Department of Health Minya, was taken into custody 3 cases of suspected bird pigs, and another case on suspicion of being infected with bird flu.

Samples were taken and sent to labs central Cairo has been confirmed by analysis of the samples that there are two Mitin cases of swine flu, and analysis of the sample third and fourth did not reach yet.

He also announced that 48 students were granted leave for a week with injury colds and sore tonsils spotted health visitors on the third day of the study, denied the existence of suspected cases of swine flu among students in Menia.

That's certainly an unusual article, and an excellent find. So two of the four are postive for H1N1. I have no idea why one of the cases is suspected to be H5N1. My only guess is that perhaps it is a more severe case. Many of the Egyptian press articles have that attitude that if it is mild, it is likely H1N1, and if it is severe, it is H5N1.

That is wrong on both counts, and an EXTREMELY dangerous assumption.

You always find interesting articles on the ol' Youm7 website. Lots of interesting/ strange stuff on there sometimes.
