The number of newly reported cases stabilizing is not the same thing as the Ebola spread stabilizing.

Under-reported numbers are highly likely.

You're right and that is more cases per week than were reported in the preceding months, even if we assume that the numbers are accurate. As long as new cases are showing up, there is the potential for a renewed outbreak.

The number of newly reported cases stabilizing is not the same thing as the Ebola spread stabilizing.

Under-reported numbers are highly likely.
