At the same time, the provincial government of North Ubangi is appealing to technical and financial partners to support the vaccination campaign which will run from April 29 to May 8, 2021.
"However, I am making a pathetic appeal to technical and financial partners to support this campaign with a view to putting an end to this epidemic declared in northern Ubangi from the health zone of Abuzi which has 14 health areas. ; and I invite the population to respect hygiene to protect themselves against this deadly disease, "said the provincial authority.
The vaccination campaign will target the population whose age varies between 9 months and 60 years.
Meanwhile, the province is also experiencing a strong resurgence of the measles epidemic in the Bosobolo health zone.
