Federal Response to Ebola in the U.S.

Dr. Richard Carmona, a former surgeon general, talked about whether having a confirmed surgeon general would have improved federal government response to the three Ebola cases in the U.S. Boris Lushiak, nominated on July 17, 2013, to the post, had yet to be confirmed by the Senate.
