An unidentified disease has killed 40 children since last April Opienge, a state post Bafwasende territory, 262 km east of Kisangani in Orientale Province. Patients with symptoms such as vomiting, anemia and diarrhea.
The police chief said that entity informing the administrator of the territory Tuesday, May 27 the situation. He invited health authorities in the province to intervene urgently to prevent the situation from worsening.
