[h=3]Abstract[/h] [h=4]CONTEXT:[/h] Syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH) is a common cause of hyponatremia. Although it has been associated with different pulmonary infections, there have been only few case reports describing the association of SIADH with influenza.
[h=4]CASE REPORT:[/h] We report a case of SIADH in a patient with influenza who was successfully treated with fluid restriction.
[h=4]CONCLUSION:[/h] It is essential for clinicians to be aware of the association between influenza and SIADH.
