Disseminate information about the virus AH1N1

Published at 10:15 AM on September 12, 2009 | Latest News

Before the start of the new school year and the crush of people in schools and public transport stops, the State Health Corporation (government) began an information campaign on the prevention of influenza virus AH1N1.

Yesterday morning, Gustavo Villasmil, health director of the Miranda State, accompanied the young people who handed out fliers alluding to the virus by Bermudez Avenue in this city.

"With the return to school and the arrival of cold contagion could intensify and that's what we try to avoid," said Villasmil.

Next week the regional health authorities planned visits to several schools and, every Friday, distributed antibacterial gel on the avenues Bicentennial and Bermudez, and at kilometer 34 of the Panamericana.
