Veracruz, Ver Low temperatures are causing a spike in respiratory diseases, while risking the lives of people who are on the street.

In the town of Veracruz than 100 inquiries served the local DIF, 20 are related to diseases specific to the season for what authorities call a health care not being exposed to sudden temperature changes.
