This is a Facebook comment on a story about a Bainbridge Island, WA policeman who recently died from an illness with symptoms similiar to COVID-19. (Not confirmed, being autopsied.) I'm wondering what virus was circulating in China in 2001 if memory of this commenter is correct. This was close to the SARS1 outbreak.

I got a similar version of Corona in 2001, while in China. This is very similar but much more deadly. When I had it, I was in the hospital for 1 month and quarantined at home for 4months. So this Corona virus worries me, that I could get it again.
