</TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top align=left>Experts from the Ministry of Health's Treatment Training Course said almost all of them were resistant to normal antibiotics though the next generation of antibiotics worked.
The first symptom of the disease was frequent, loose, watery bowel movements.
The other places in its grip are Hai Phong City and the provinces of Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen and Ha Tay.
