I think they forgot to mention a few Provinces...one example is:

Dien Bien published avian influenza H5N1
On 27-1, People's Committee of Dien Bien province has officially announced avian influenza H5N1 in the area two Thanh Hung, Yen Thanh, Dien Bien district.

I. SITUATION OF SERVICES

1. Avian

Ha Tinh: From January 20 to January 25, 2010 on, 04 continue to detect outbreaks of bird flu: Thach Hung (Ha Tinh), Cam Thach, Cam Nam (Cam Xuyen) and Thach Rate (Thach Ha district). Thus, Ha Tinh province currently has a 06 outbreaks in 03 districts. Total infected birds and destruction of 8212 poultry (2380 chickens, 5456 ducks and 376 thousand children).

Currently, both countries 04 provinces including Ca Mau, Ha Tinh, Dien Bien and Soc Trang avian influenza has 21 days.

Thạch Đo?i (huyện Thạch H?). Như vậy, hiện tại tỉnh H? Tĩnh đ? ph?t ra 06 ổ dịch tại 03 huyện. Tổng số gia cầm mắc bệnh v? ti?u hủy l? 8.212 con gia cầm (2.380 con g?, 5.456 con vịt v? 376 con ngan).
