Denmark - Covid-19 Cases - 19,216 cases, 629 deaths?

Fewer in hospital
There are currently 2,139 active cases and 228 of them have been hospitalised. The number is down significantly from April 1 when admissions peaked at 535.

Some 49 patients are reported to be in intensive care units – 39 of whom are on a respirator.
Since the outbreak, 270,680 tests have been performed and 9,938 people have tested positive for the virus

According to the latest update from Statens Serum Institute, as of May 7:
  • 514 people have died with the coronavirus in Denmark (up 8 from Wednesday)
  • 199 patients are in hospital with the coronavirus (down 10 from Wednesday)
  • 43 patients are in intensive care (down 3 from Wednesday)
  • 39 patients are on ventilators (down 2 from Wednesday)
  • 10,083 people have tested positive for the coronavirus (up 145 from Wednesday)
