[TD]On March 27th, a white-tailed eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla) was observed flying against a tree in Herlufmagle, and on April 1st the eagle was euthanized. On June 1st the National Veterinary Institute confirmed highly pathogenic avian influenza virus (H5N6) in samples from the eagle.[/TD]
