At first season but dengue fever has increased in many provinces in Cuu Long River Delta, in which many cases were fatal. Worrying is that while the number of infected people is increasing rapidly and many local authorities still prove negligence in the prevention of disease.

Number of cases increases

In An Giang, from the beginning of the year with nearly 1,000 cases of fever rate of blood (SXH), up nearly 2 times higher than the same period in 2009, including three deaths. In Dong Thap, this time with nearly 800 cases SXH, up 55% (2 deaths).
