Delaware: Unusual case of infant botulism sickens one baby but not his identical twin brother

The video says that Delaware has the highest incidence of infant botulism in the country. This case is unusual since no environmental triggers, (foods or dirt exposures), are known, and only one identical twin got ill in spite of sharing the same same food and environment with his brother. Fortunately he was treated at AI Dupont Children's Hospital with 'BabyBIG' and is doing well and expected to fully recover.
