DOVER, Del.- The Delaware Division of Public Health said Wednesday that a Kent County resident is being tested for a potential case of coronavirus.

The patient is being monitored, more specifically, for 2019 novel coronavirus, also known as 2019-nCoV, according to DPH. Test results are pending from the CDC, and are expected in the coming days. The patient is currently hospitalized in isolation out of what DPH described as an "abundance of caution."
