Both CVS and Walgreen's, (another pharmacy chain with vaccine mandates), have been getting really bad customer service reviews in my area since the mandates went into effect. People are having trouble getting critical prescriptions filled due to short staffing chaos. They see what staff is left being abused by frazzled managers. Women employees and even women customers are being verbally abused.
On the other hand, Walmart is still getting good reviews and is operating smoothly. They don't have mandates for store level employees.

At a time when many employers are abandoning COVID-19 vaccination mandates, one is doubling down by expanding its mandate on a companywide basis.
CVS Health, parent company of Aetna Insurance, CVS Pharmacy, and MinuteClinic, has more than 300,000 employees nationwide. Its website lists nearly 200 CVS Pharmacy locations and 30 CVS MinuteClincs, with roughly 13,000 employees in Arizona across all of the company’s businesses...
