Here is Egypt's most recent report available via www.oie.int you need to scroll down a bit to the bird section, it looks like around 102 outbreaks were reported in poultry from roughly 20 governorates in the first half of 2009.
Statistics
The number of bird flu cases in Egypt reached 89 since the disease appeared in Egypt due to contact with infected domestic birds. Some 27 of them died since the disease appeared in Egypt in February 2006 until September 2009. The distribution of the cases by gender is divided into 33 males and 56 females.
Egypt remains the most affected country outside Asia. Among the 379 cases reported globally to WHO by the end of March 2008, Egypt represented 12.7% of the global number of cases, following Indonesia (35%) and Vietnam (28%).
The exposure to sick/dead poultry from backyard flocks has been determined for almost all the cases confirmed in Egypt.

The fifth column is confirmed cases today, again based on the header date.
The sixth column is confirmed total to date.
The seventh column is number of patients under going hospital treatment .
The eighth column is the number of recovered cases.
The ninth column is number of deaths to date.

it makes no mention of whats is a suspect case but reading this in English it implies, they all are? Note the red highlighted area its the same thing in Arabic!

أنفلونزا الطيور تهدد المصريين الدقهلية ـ محمد صالح
قال الدكتور عبد الكريم على السيد، وكيل وزارة الصحة بالدقهلية، خلال انعقاد اجتماع المجلس التنفيذى للمحافظة، إن عدد الحالات المشتبه فى إصابتها بمرض أنفلونزا الطيور التى تم احتجازها فى مستشفى الصدر بالمنصورة من 1/1/2009 حتى الآن وصلت إلى 488 حالة، أخذنا منها عينات وأرسلناها للمعمل المركزى لتحليلها، منها 4 حالات فقط إيجابية منها 3 تم شفائها، وحالة واحدة توفيت، بنسبة وفاة 25% بين الحالات التى تأكد إصابتها بالمرض.
أضاف الدكتور عبد الكريم السيد، أن الشىء الوحيد الذى يجعل المريض يأتى لنا فى بداية أعراض الاشتباه هى التوعية، لذلك فإن الـ 488 حالة المشتبه فى إصابتها بالمرض منها 438 حالة جاءت خلال شهر مايو الماضى.
مؤكدا أن الحالات التى تأتى إلينا ومشتبه فى إصابتها بالمرض يتضح أنها إيجابية 100%.
وأعلن وكيل وزارة الصحة بالدقهلية عن وجود 58 ألف علبة من "التاميفلو" كبسولات و7 آلاف زجاجة شراب، وكميات من المطهرات والكلور، كما حصلنا على مليون و300 ألف مصل تحسبا لأى جائحة، وهذه الأدوية محظور بيعها فى الصيدليات.
من جانب آخر، أكد اللواء سمير سلام، محافظ الدقهلية، على ضرورة العمل بدون أى تراخ، و لابد أن تكون الإجراءات حازمة و فعالة، حتى لا تتكرر أى إصابة بشرية، ولابد من زيادة حملات التوعية للمواطنين وزيادة الندوات فى مراكز الشباب والمدارس، لأن المرض بالدرجة الأولى يحتاج إلى توعية سليمة.

Avian influenza threatens Dakahliya Egyptian Mohamed Saleh
Dr Abdel-Karim, Mr., Under-Secretary, Ministry of Health Badakkhlip, during the meeting of the Executive Council of the province, the number of cases of suspected bird flu, which has been detained in Mansoura Chest Hospital from 1/1/2009 to date amounted to 488 cases, of which we samples and sent to the central laboratory for analysis, including 4 cases of which only 3 were positive to recover, and one died, the death rate of 25% of the cases were confirmed to have the disease.
Dr Abdul Karim Sayed, that the only thing that makes the patient comes to us at the beginning of symptoms, awareness is the suspicion, so it is the case of the 488 suspected SARS case of the disease, including 438 during the month of May.
He emphasized that the cases that come to us, and suspected of being infected with the disease turn out to be 100% positive.
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health Badakkhlip about the presence of 58 A pack of "Tamiflu" 7 capsules and a bottle of syrup of thousands, and the quantities of chlorine and disinfectants, as we get 300 million and a vaccine against any pandemic, and these medicines sold in pharmacies is prohibited.
On the other hand, the Major General Samir peace, the Governor of Dakahlia, the need to work without any slack, and must be firm and effective action, so as not to repeat any human cases, and should increase awareness campaigns to increase citizens and seminars in schools and youth centers, because the disease primarily needed to raise the awareness of sound.
