Abstract
A survey in Hong Kong on middle-aged adults revealed a low influenza vaccination uptake rate of 13%. As a heterogeneous population comprising individuals at different levels of risk for complications, effective development of strategy for improving vaccination coverage in middle-aged adults sghould be prirotized.
