Finaly for the text in 3!, here it was pushing every time on the wrong register fact:
- do the triages, and then the neccessary ones would receive the vaccine panacea - there would not be any vaccine for nobody of the frontliners, nor health nor else, because the real matched pandemic vaccine would be reacheable only 3-4-6 months AFTER the pandemic tide - when it wasn't necessary for the survivors!
The above speking obviously would not fit fot the 1% VIPs, as every time being.
Additionaly, the above means that such triage are unneccessary, because it would be done on pre-pandemic vaccines and be inoculated when the pandemic starts, so that triage thing is an missleading item - instead it must be pushed by an joint scientific statement that we have enaugh time (probably) to create enaugh prepandemics of some sort to be delivered to everybody if it is neccessary.
