Excel chart. Keep in mind, Deaths chart and Cases Chart are two different things, they never crossed and it?s a matter of where and how you plot the death chart on the cases chart, it can be squeezed or expanded, this is why I kept the top max value of the two scales proportional 100:1. I will try to publish and post the whole excel spread sheet later.
