[Busan Co-operative] The three ministers of health ministers from Japan, China and South Korea to discuss measures on infectious diseases such as H1N1 influenza and health and medical fields were held in Busan, southern of Korea on 4th. After following China for more than 10 years I am skeptical that the government would be timely in notifying other countries about their disease outbreaks.
