Clip of General Kelly statement "There is no way we can keep Ebola in W. Africa." -Kelly

Scott Gottlieb, MD: "Bottom line, if you continue to see rate of spread, (it will) engulf Africa, India, Latin American. Dense regions, poor healthcare systems. Really we are looking at a global pandemic. Need to stop in W. Africa"

Financial analyst "Reminds me of SARS. We were able to contain that very well. Isn't this a problem with lack of infrastructure (in W. Africa)."

Gottlieb: "With SARS we took action. We got resources in there pretty early. With this (Ebola) we are behind. Scope large enough (now) that its hard to contain. We reach a tipping point where you can't contain with public health tools."

CNN reporter: "Should market be selling off?"

Financial analyst: "So many other uncertainties. We don't know enough. This (Ebola) spreads at slower uh, is much more difficult to pass this along (than SARS). (We can) contain sooner rather than later.
