According to WHO "Three family clusters were reported, each comprised of 2 cases"
WHO update on 83 China H7N9 cases - no case breakdown - February 8, 2015 - most likely previously known cases - FluTrackers

I believe these are most likely the clusters!
1. Guangdong Shenzhen City 57F Mother from Bao'an District and 41M Zhuang Son from Futian District
China - Guangdong province announces 2 more H7N9 cases - January 13, 2015 - FluTrackers

2. Guangdong Wen sisters (9 month or [0.75] and 2 year old) one hospitalised in Central Hospital of Jiangmen and the other in Zhuhai hospitals
media reports both discharged from Oi Pok [sp.] Paediatric hospital on 12-Feb-15
#543 - Female, 1, hospitalized in stable condition, Zhongshan, Guangdong province
#552 - Female, 2, diagnosed February 6, hospitalized in stable condition, Zhongshan, Guangdong province
At first media was reporting that kinship was not explained and then media follow up clarified that they were sisters exposed to common source, live bird market- visited with grandmother
3. Fujian unknown due to reporting!
I'll post supporting media/CDC later on the Wen cluster!
