"Zero tolerance" for online rumors

Yingyuan: At the end of last year, the Ministry of Public Security deployed a special campaign to crack down on online rumors. Jiangsu public security organs severely cracked down on illegal and criminal activities involving false police reports, hot events, economic and people's livelihood and other areas in accordance with the law. So far, 1,670 online rumor cases have been investigated. and announced 10 typical cases investigated and dealt with this year. Internet rumors seriously disrupt social and public order.
