[FONT=微软雅黑] On May 26, Xihe District of Xinyang City carried out emergency evacuation drills with the theme of emergency evacuation in crowded places and labor-intensive enterprises such as schools, hospitals, supermarkets, hotels, Internet cafes, cinemas, scenic spots, and parks in the district.
At the Xinyang Third People's Hospital drill site, the hospital simulated a fire in the office on the sixth floor of Building No. 2. While immediately calling the police, the hospital immediately activated the emergency response procedure and issued a notice through the emergency broadcast; security personnel quickly took their positions, blocked the entrance to Building No. 2, and organized the evacuation of medical staff and patients in the building in an orderly manner.
The Wenxin Tea Village drill simulated a fire at the Wenxin Tea Village Museum, which spread rapidly and seriously threatened the lives of tourists and employees. The scenic spot immediately called 119 to report the fire, and at the same time activated the scenic spot's initial fire response plan, and organized all employees and museum visitors to evacuate in an orderly manner. Subsequently, the district and township fire rescue teams put out the fire. After the drill, the scenic spot also organized training activities on fire safety knowledge, Heimlich first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation and other first aid knowledge and skills.
According to statistics, this month, Xihe District organized more than 460 emergency evacuation drills around the theme of emergency evacuation in crowded places, covering more than 90 educational institutions, 42 supermarkets, 31 medical institutions, 16 scenic spots (homestays, camping bases) and Hongyun Bus Station in the district, with a total of more than 82,000 participants, which improved the safety awareness and self-rescue and mutual rescue skills of the majority of residents, and tested the fire-fighting facilities, fire safety management level and emergency response capabilities in crowded places.
