On March 31, Henan Province ’s new coronavirus-infected pneumonia epidemic prevention and control headquarters issued the “Notice on Further Investigation of Hidden Dangers, Plugging and Vulnerabilities, and Resolute Prevention of Epidemic Rebound” (hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”), requiring local and relevant departments to raise awareness We will improve the normalized prevention and control mechanism, pay close attention to various prevention and control tasks, comprehensively investigate hidden risks, strengthen management of asymptomatic infections, and keep the province's epidemic prevention and control continuing to improve.
Thoroughly investigate risks and ensure that no one is missed
The "Notice" requires reorganization and re-examination of weak links in the epidemic prevention and control and hidden risks to ensure that no dead ends or hidden dangers are left. The health status of returnees and their families in major overseas and domestic key areas will be thoroughly inspected, and problems will be dealt with in a timely manner. Strengthen the health monitoring of medical personnel, strengthen the follow-up and health management of cured patients, and strengthen the comprehensive inspection of key units such as construction companies, nursing homes, and child welfare homes to ensure that no one is missed.
Strict centralized isolation and medical management of asymptomatic infections
Strengthen the management of asymptomatic infections, scientifically identify those with asymptomatic infections, and seek truth from facts to approve the base, and do a good job of monitoring, tracking, isolating and treating asymptomatic infections. Intensify the screening of asymptomatic infections, and further expand the scope of detection to patients with new coronary pneumonia and close contacts of asymptomatic infections that have been found, as well as key areas and populations with special requirements. Immediate isolation of patients with fever, cough, etc.
The "Notice" clearly proposes to strengthen screening of fever patients, strict management of pre-checks and triages, strict implementation of fever patients' admission and screening procedures, and earnest implementation of the patient registration report system. For patients with fever, cough and other symptoms, a single person and single room isolation should be implemented immediately, and laboratory and chest imaging examinations should be performed.
Suspects, confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections reported within 2 hours
The "Notice" requires strict monitoring reports and standardization of direct reporting of infectious diseases on the network. Suspected cases, confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections must be reported through the direct reporting system of infectious diseases within 2 hours to ensure comprehensive and accurate data. Those who conceal, report late, or fail to report relevant circumstances, which cause serious consequences and adverse effects, shall be held seriously responsible for the relevant personnel in accordance with the law and regulations.
At the same time, improve the emergency plan, implement specific measures of “early detection, early reporting, early isolation, and early treatment”, and refine and refine each link.
