What is scarlet fever?
Scarlet fever is an acute respiratory infectious disease caused by group A beta-hemolytic streptococci (GAS). It is a Class B infectious disease in my country and is more common in children in kindergartens and school-age children. The incubation period is 1 to 12 days, usually 2 to 5 days.
